La Fanova - A traditional dish from my small town, in which all members of the community contribute. This dish has a hearty mix of layered slow cooked beans, creamy polenta, and slow cooked beef.

Mare Mediterranean - When tourists return from an Italian visit, many will speak of the delicious Mediterranean seafood. This week we offer a Mediterranean Sea Shore mix of crab, mussels, clams, fresh shrimp, and calamari. The mix is served in a white wine sauce with cherry tomatoes, shallot onions and spices.

Pesto Barese - Crushed basil pesto with garlic in a SanMarzano tomato sauce. Served with fresh made taglioline pasta and topped with fresh made ricotta cheese and pine nuts. Add optional chicken or sausage.
